11/10 dealership experience! We worked with Lee and he was amazing! I have had multiple bad dealership experiences so even walking through the doors makes me very uncomfortable but from the minute we arrived Lee made us feel welcomed and at ease! Everyone else we encountered was courteous as well! At the end of the day Lee helped get me in my dream Carnival at a price we were comfortable with and that’s all you can ask for! Can’t recommend working with Lee at Boucher Kia enough!
I had a very good experience!!! It was rather easy going. As a first time car buyer, they were very patient with me as I learned through the process. They were also extremely helpful and straightforward!! If I ever had to buy another car, I’d definitely go back to this dealership.
I've been a Frank Boucher Kia customer for years and when I recently decided to upgrade my vehicle they did not disappoint. Brian Halfaday was the probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was friendly with a no pressure attitude and a great sense of humor. He gave me all the time I needed to come to a decision without excessive sales pitches.
All of the sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I went into the dealership on a Monday, told them which vehicle I wanted along with a specific color and interior. They did not have one on the lot, but two days later, I drove home in my new Kia!

We enjoyed working with Brian H. He went out of his way to find the vehicle perfect for us. Very professional and took lots of notes to understand our driving needs. Dealership was clean with many bays in the service area. Only negatives were not much wiggle room on price with some hard sales on after market warranties related to the finance area.

If you looking for a new or used car, start with FB Kia of Racine and ask for Lee McGee. He helped me into my preowned 2017 Jeep Renegade that I absolutely love. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle, but was forced into it when the insurance company unexpectedly totalled my car after initially approving the repairs. Lee and his team made this unfortunate situation much easier. We will be back when it's time for my husband to get a new vehicle.

Mr Lee McGee is the best. He keeps it 100% Cars sales is a cut throat business, not only do Salespeople have to deal with hitting crazy high goals but they still contend with internal competition. Despite it all Lee stays genuine and won’t lead you astray. He goes to the bat for his clients and that’s what makes him stand out. This was my first visit here to look at a Kia. Kyle Miller made it a great experience for he was very patient and understanding as to my not knowing what i wanted. Very thorough in his explaining the different vehicles. Once i did decide he went over every feature to detail. 1 month update! I'm really glad I went to Boucher Kia in Racine for my EV9, even though it meant traveling 2 hours from Madison. I'm enjoying the car and I took it back for detailing last week. The day I picked it up was rainy so the vehicle wasn't detailed to their usual standard. My great salesman Bryan Zamago told me to bring it back when I could and they would detail it then, so I did and it looks great. I highly recommend these people!

Just wanted to post how great of an experience we had working with Megan Ponti on the purchase of our new car. The process was so smooth and she was very informative on the car specs. We really appreciated the time & care that she took to go over the details and give tips and tricks on optimizing the car's hybrid performance and on answering any questions. Best customer service I’ve had at a dealership in a very long time. Natalie in service department went above and beyond to explain the repair process for my vehicle. No one enjoys the surprise expensive repairs and she worked with my outside warranty to get me as much assistance as possible. They were able to get a loaner vehicle for me. Then explained the loaner vehicle Bells and whistles because it was a bit different than what I was used to. The team genuinely cares about their customers. Forget the other KIA dealerships and just come here.

I bought my Kia Sorento a couple of months ago, and it was just a smooth and amazing experience. I was a little stressed out but Bryan and Brandon made me feel comfortable and at ease. I brought my Atlas in to Boucher Volkswagen after a terrible experience at Discount Tire. Todd in the service went above and beyond to help me out. When Todd saw that they let me leave with only 4 lug bolts he had his mechanics take a look to see what they could do. They got it fixed in like 30 min and didn’t even charge me for the lug bolt and shop fees. I found my new mechanic!
